Ingredients

  • 2 (6oz) Filet Mignons

  • 12-18 Crostini

  • Arugula

  • Crumbled Feta

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • Steak Seasoning

Directions

  1. Slice steaks thin and season with steak seasoning.

  2. Grill sliced and seasoned steaks to preferred temperature.

  3. Layer arugula, steak, feta cheese and balsamic glaze on crostini.
