Grass-Fed Beef Asian Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grass-Fed Ground Beef (85/15)

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 1 in piece Ginger, peeled and finely grated

  • 2 Scallions, chopped

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce

  • ½ cup Chopped Peanuts

  • Salt + Pepper

Directions

  1. Take one head of Boston lettuce, separate leaves, clean, and dry, set aside.

  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté beef until brown. Stir in ginger, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, hoisin and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanuts. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm wrapped in lettuce cups.
